This policy describes how refunds may be handled for the Aegis AI Code Editor desktop product. Final terms follow what you publish at checkout (Stripe or your merchant of record) and applicable law.

1. Subscriptions

If you sell recurring subscriptions, state whether you offer prorated refunds, cancellation-only at period end, or chargebacks dispute path. Replace this paragraph with your live policy before accepting payments.

2. One-time credit packs

Digital credit packs are typically non-refundable once delivered and redeemed. If credits have not been consumed, describe any discretionary refund window (for example, 7 days) and how customers contact support@eactivenet.com.

3. How to request a refund
